Applications for the 2027 year-end party and spring festival banquet are now officially open. Organizers are invited to apply in accordance with the following application procedures and requirements.

Application｜

● Application Period: April 20 to May 31, 2026.

● Applicable Event Period: The year-end party and spring festival banquet at TICEC is from December 16, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

● This application form is for schedule application purposes only and does not constitute reservation or confirmation of booking.

● For venue usage regulations and related application files, please refer to the download section.

● Scheduling Principles: Allocation of dates for year-end parties and spring festival banquets will be evaluated based on overall considerations, including:

1. Venue rental contribution (including historical booking records)

2. Scale of the current event (including rented space and total rental fee)

3. Previous event performance and level of cooperation with the venue (including move-in/out coordination, compliance with regulations, and maintenance/cleanliness)

● The Center reserves the right to make final adjustments to the event schedule.
